1. The employer is having employees that have tested positive for coronavirus come to work. The employer is not following Pennsylvania Department of Health and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines by having employees return to work before the criteria to discontinue home isolation are met, in consultation with healthcare providers, potentially exposing employees to SARS-CoV-2. 2. The employer is not informing employees who have come into contact with employees who have tested positive for coronavirus in the workplace in accordance with Pennsylvania Department of Health and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines potentially exposing employees to SARS-CoV-2. 3. The employer is not cleaning and disinfecting high touch surfaces in the facility in accordance with Pennsylvania Department of Health and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines potentially exposing employees to SARS-CoV-2. 4. The employer is not following Pennsylvania Department of Health and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines for establishing policies and practices for social distancing. Four to six employees on a crew are working together inside the same modular home without anyway to physically separate potentially exposing employees to SARS-CoV-2. 5. The employer is not enforcing the use of cloth face coverings when employees are working close to each other in accordance with Pennsylvania Department of Health and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines potentially exposing employees to SARS-CoV-2 6. The employer is not conducting daily in-person or virtual health checks (e.g., symptom and/or temperature screening) of employees before they enter the facility in accordance with Pennsylvania Department of Health and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines potentially exposing employees to SARS-CoV-2. 7. In the lavatories, hand soap or similar cleansing agents have not been provided
