The employer did not follow Pennsylvania Department of Health and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines for cleaning and sanitizing of the workplace to avoid possible exposure to COVID-19 in the workplace. 2. Employees are not wearing face coverings in accordance with Pennsylvania Department of Health and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines for enforcing the use of face masks. 3.
