Exposure to COVID-19 is on the increase , Nov 10th was 6 people the company sent us home and had shop cleaned . Returned to work on 9th , 10 more were exposed. The 2 office personal came back early and did not look good (still sick ), then on the 19th, 8 more people went home. Total as of then is 24 . The shop needs cleaned and we need to be away for a week or longer . Employee's families could be in jeopardy of this mis-management. COVID-19 has traveled thru the office, weld shop , tube room. 1) The employer is not taking appropriate steps to protect employees from exposure to the SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19 at work. 2) Management has not performed a hazard assessment to properly reduce the potential COVID-19 infection spread through the facility according to CDC and PA Department of Health current guidelines. 3) The employer did not refer to CDC's published guidance to develop policies and procedures to ensure the safety and health of their employees returning to work.Alleged Hazards: 3, Employees Exposed: 65
