The employer does not adequately clean all frequently touched surfaces in the workplace, such as desks, work areas, doorknobs, printers, kitchen equipment, and bathroom fixtures in accordance with Pennsylvania Department of Health and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines. Employees are potentially exposed to SARS-CoV-2 by sharing uncleaned desks and touching the uncleaned surfaces. 2. The employer does not require employees to wear masks in work areas in accordance with Pennsylvania Department of Health and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines potentially exposing employees working in those areas to SARS-CoV-2. 3. The employer doesn't have a working thermometer to conduct temperature screening of employees before they enter the facility in accordance with Pennsylvania Department of Health and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines potentially exposing employees working in the facility to SARS-CoV-2. 4. The employer has not established policies and practices for social distancing such as telework for employees with the ability to do so in accordance with Pennsylvania Department of Health and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines potentially exposing employees working in the facility to SARS-CoV-2.
