The temporary room enclosures constructed for suspected COVID19 and confirmed COVID19 positive patients are damaged. The plastic barriers are cracked creating air flow to other rooms and hallways. The hinges and latches on the doors are damaged which do not allow the doors to close. The hoses to the HEPA filter units are ripped. Registration/Secretaries are not protected from potential COVID19 exposure. There are no barriers to separate the employees from patients who are suspected of COVID during the registration process. Secretaries/Registration employees are only provided with surgical masks.Alleged Hazards: 2, Employees Exposed: 25
