Worksite located at 85 Retreat Avenue, Hartford, Connecticut: The company does not have adequate procedures in place to conduct contract tracing following a potential exposure to COVID-19. On November 17, 2020, employees had contact with a patient who was determine to be a PUI (person under investigation) for COVID-19. The PUI was scheduled for a test on November 18, 2020. On November 23 or 24, the patient informed the valet service that he tested positive for COVID-19. The company did not conduct thorough contact tracing to inform all employees of the potential exposure through contact with the patient.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 5
