Management is disregarding the face mask policy by not requiring employees to wear face masks. 2. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to social distancing between employees and the public. Social distancing measures are not being followed and are being disregarded. 3. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to sanitizing high-touch surfaces after each use. High contact surface areas are not being cleaned or sanitized after use. 4. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to requiring employees who have been symptomatic or exposed to COVID-19 to remain quarantined prior to returning to work.
