1. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to employees wearing face coverings. 2. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to social distancing between employees and the public. In the telephone room the employer scheduled 3 staff members to answer the telephones, and the employees take their masks off, and are not practicing social distancing. 3. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to maintaining a minimum 6-feet of separation between persons/patrons in public spaces. 4. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to sanitizing high-touch surfaces after each use. Employees have reported that they have tested positive for the COVID-19 virus.
