1. The doctor and his staff are not practicing social distancing in the office during the coronavirus pandemic. The chairs in the waiting room are right next to each other and there is no way to sit 6-feet or more apart. 2. No patient screening is conducted whatsoever to determine if they are covid-19 positive. There is a sign in English on the door asking patients to self-evaluate their symptoms. 3.
