1. Failure to comply with the mandate for persons/patrons to wear face coverings while in the Employer's business establishment. All of the students are not wearing face coverings, possibly exposing teachers and students to COVID-19. Principal does not require students to wear face coverings. 2. Failure to comply with social distancing measures by maintaining a minimum six-foot distance between persons/patrons in public spaces. All students are not practicing social distancing of 6 feet or more on premises. 3. Employer is not performing regular sanitizing of the workplace.Alleged Hazards: 3, Employees Exposed: 10
