Complainant states that three people were in direct contact that someone had confirmed COVID. 2 people sent home, and the other person allowed to stay. The admin staff tested positive work together in a small room, side by side, one tested positive and the employer did not notify the other coworker that she was exposed. The employees are given one mask a month. the admin staff still working and exposing public to COVID (referred to public health). The employer is not notifying about exposure.Alleged Hazards: 2,
