Per Call: They have signs to wear masks, but no one wears masks. There has been cases of EE's positive. Machines used at work are not sanitized. There is no social distancing at work. EE's will bring concerns to ER and the managers get upset, they don't card, will just laugh. EE's are hired and no one is being tested. EE's have been given masks, don't have soap and water to wash hands. Bathrooms not maintained and cleaned.Alleged Hazards: 3,
