Per Call: Complainant got sick with symptoms similar to COVID-19, went to emergency room had pneumonia, and was off work per doctor's note for 14 days. EE went to ER and told them about situation, ER told her that no need to be tested, since she did not have symptoms. They told her to continue to work. Ever since received doctor's note, complainant has continued to work because ER had advised to keep working. Complainant has told ER She is concerned about working because she does not want to expose EE's . ER has sent information for COVID19 protocols and they have not been following it. There is also another property 43230 Godsden Ave. Lancaster; on EE tested positive, EE sent home and EE's were notified about someone testing positive. An EE took time off, office was not closed for cleaning and management has been telling EE's that since no symptoms, no need to quarantine, get tested, or shutdown. This scenario happened over the weekend.
