CCR T8, 3203(a)(4) & 3203(a)(6) The employer is not conducting a pre-temperature check for the employees daily. The employer has not provided hand sanitizers for the employees. There is only one station at the entrance of the store. The employer is not enforcing the 6 ft social distancing rule or the required PPE that has to be worn by the employees and customers CCR, T8 3366 The store is not sanitized daily due to the store policy and regulations The store is cleaned once in every 5 days. Employees are not provided new towels for cleaning the store and they are using the same old dirty towels for 8 weeks (green and yellow towels). CCR, T8, 3366(d) The bathroom does not have soap for the employees to wash their hands.
