Complainant states, "Despite COVID-19 cases soaring in Los Angeles and state and local government reinstating social distancing order, the company has ordered all LA office employees (that are not working at a warehouse or factory, and their duty can be fulfilled by working remotely) to come back to the office where: 1. Masks and gloves are provided but wearing is not enforced; 2. open-space work environment doesn't provide barriers between people sitting facing each other; 3 barriers between seats have big gaps; 4 AC is barely working."
