The following hazards are present at the office location: 1. There is no OSHA 300 log 2. There is no infectious disease plan for coronavirus. Although masks are required, training and information is not provided. 3. The six foot social distancing rule is posted but it is not enforced. Workers are not seated six feet apart. 4. Comet chemical spray is provided to clean desks and phones that has potent pool water smell that gives employees headaches and dizzy spells. Training on the chemical use is not provided. No information regarding the previous cleaning from last OSHA complaint has been released by manager. 5. AC does not operate after 7:00PM get really hot inside office.
