1. Employees are potentially exposed to unsanitary conditions in the workplace. It was reported that there are cockroaches in work areas. The employer has not maintained a continuing and effective extermination program to control vermin. Contrary to 29 CFR 1910.141 2. It was reported that the employer has not implemented workplace precautions such as but not limited to enforcing cleaning and disinfecting, social distancing and limiting amount of people in the workplace in accordance with CDC guidelines.
