1. Employees are potentially exposed to health hazards associated with COVID-19. It was reported that the employer has not implemented precautions such as but not limited to enforcement of facial coverings, and lack of hygiene products (hand soap and sanitizer) to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Furthermore, it was alleged that the employer did not make employees aware of a possible COVID-19 exposure in the workplace.
