It was reported that employees are exposed to health hazards related to COVID-19 due to lack of precautions taken by the employer to avoid transmission of the virus. The allegation includes: mask use is not enforced in the workplace, social distancing is not maintained (e.g. daily meeting held in a small room without 6 feet of distance between employees), COVID-19 employee training has not been conducted, hand sanitizer is not available for employee use, health screenings are not being conducted, and employees are not encouraged to stay home if sick.
