November 17, 2020 Health: 1. Employees are exposed to the COVID-19 pandemic. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention COVID-19 workplace guidelines are not adequately implemented. At desks in central areas of the building employees are not practicing social distancing of 6 feet when taking in patients. Employees are about 2 feet away from patients. There is no physical barrier installed. Face shields are not used.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 3
