The employer is not following the guidelines set forth in Executive Orders 20-81 and 20-99 which include requirements for COVID-19 Preparedness Plans for Minnesota businesses, specifically: 1. The employer is not requiring employees to wear face coverings while working in shared work spaces and instead asking employees to only wear face coverings if another employee requests them to do so. 2. The employer is not providing barriers between workstations where distance of at least six feet cannot be maintained. 3.
