1. A resident of the facility was tested positive for Covid-19 and was not quarantined until after the test came back. 2. Staff and other children at the facility were not told that a resident tested positive. 3. Residents do not follow guidelines, no social distance and no masks provided to one group of residents. 4. Residents that tested positive continue to have close contact with other residents without any protection or masks. 5.
