1. The employer does not ensure routine sanitization of commonly touched surfaces of the building and equipment is conducted to prevent exposure to COVID-19. 2. Employees are not required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment such as gloves to protect employees from exposure to COVID - 19. 3. Employees are not encouraged to wash their hands frequently to prevent spread of COVID -19. 4. The facility in inadequately staffed causing employees to suffer ergonomic injuries. 5. The employer is not ensuring employees are adequately trained in safe patient handling.
