1. They are not adhering to community health protocols during the COVID-19 outbreak. 2. Over capacity every Friday night with league bowling. 3. Multiple employees wear masks improperly or refuse to wear them at all. 4. Not notifying employees or customers about positive cases for contact tracing. 5. Manager who is sick refuses to stay home or at least away from the bowling alley. 6.
