1. Employer is not taking the proper precautions in regards to the COVID-19 crisis. They do not provide PPE or enforce the wearing of masks and/or gloves. 2. They also do not enforce social distancing in their office or warehouse. We've had a meeting/meetings where nearly every employee was present, which was around 53 people. 3. A worker tested positive for COVID and employees were not alerted until 48 hours after the test results came in. 4.
