During the Covid-19 pandemic staff have been told to come in to work, despite being sick, knowledge of infected staff members has been hidden from other staff members as well as clients and caregivers, and staff have been asked to remove their masks while interacting with each other. Not handling the pandemic seriously or effectively. They have not come up with secure and long lasting solutions to allow clients and staff to social distance, they have not come up with a legit or ideal plan for if a client or staff member becomes infected and the virus spreads among the building. Staff were informed that there would be a formal training for new Covid-19 protocols, but there was not one and staff are being asked to work without proper training or knowledge of the virus. Employees have been physically attacked by clients. No air conditioning for an entire summer. Bedbugs. The client to staff ratio often puts clients at risk as well as staff members.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-06-11
