The COVID Care Unit consists of 30-40 employees per shift and they have been sharing one small break room. Management has not made an attempt to give the employees another break room after numerous complaints that more space is needed so the virus won't be spread from another staff member in which numerous of staff members from the same unit have become positive. Employees are also being harassed by management daily that there can only be 4 people in the break room at a time and to go downstairs to the cafeteria in which at certain times is also full of people leaving the employees nowhere to take a timely proper break.
