1. Employees are concerned that there are workers who tested positive for COVID-19; however, management has not notified employees in a timely manner who has been in contact with the positive employee. In addition employees are allowed to return to work within 5 days without following CDC guidelines. 2. Employer spraying unknown red chemicals on everything however label reads don't get on skin, therefore causing health concerns. 3. No PPE gloves are provided for working on equipment and parts that employees have to share to prevent COVID-19. 4. The building is not being cleaned or sanitized after the employer learns of positive COVID-19 cases.Alleged Hazards: 4, Employees Exposed: 1
