1. Covid-19 patients have recently been allowed in the 7W-Psych Unit. Hospital staff working or responding to the Psychiatric unit have not been provided proper training on the required personal protective equipment (PPE) and the donning/doffing of the PPE. 2. Employees in the 7W Psych Unit are required to enter PPE required area(s) without proper PPE in order to gain access to the necessary PPE needed to protect from COVID-19. 3. In the 7W Psych Unit employees are required to store soiled PPE in the same area as the clean and unused PPE. Potential applicable OSHA standard: General Duty Clause, 5(a)(1)Alleged Hazards: 3, Employees Exposed: 100
