1. There are concerns that material is stacked too high on unstable racks. 2. No personal protective equipment, such as hard hats and safety boots, is provided or required. 3. It is dangerous to walk through the area due to wooden pallets being stacked everywhere. Many people have tripped over the pallets and trash on the floor. 4. The reporting of accidents is discouraged by the employer. 5. There are no North Carolina Labor Laws posters in the facility. 6. There are no caution signs about moving vehicles (vans and forklifts) in the warehouse. Employees are not wearing any reflective clothing so that they can be seen more easily by vehicle operators when walking in the warehouse. 7. The wearing of face masks for the coronavirus is not enforced by the employer. 8. No screening for COVID-19 is being conducted for employees or truck drivers. 9.
