1. There have been two employees that tested positive for COVID-19 recently and other employees are not being quarantined. Employees are being required to work up until they receive their test result, which could be causing others to be exposed to the virus. 2. Employees are not being notified by the employer of positive cases in the facility. 3. No "deep" or "aggressive" cleaning and sanitizing of the facility is being done.
