The company is not following COVID-19 standards per CDC, a lot of employees would come to work infected by the virus and the outbreak gets serious to the point the management does not inform anyone about the spread, the company waited six months to finally get someone there to take the temperature of incoming employees, there is no social distancing and the workers are NOT required to wear a mask to pervent the spread of Covid-19. This put a damper on employees that have underlying diseases and also family that can catch the virus from home by this unsafe environment, management was informed about the deadly spread but failed to change the matter, check the company's file. There were sayings from employees there at the company that if they are infected by COVID-19 that they WOULD NOT stay quarantined because they were afraid they wouldn't get paid.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-11-23
