1) The employer is exposing employees to disease hazards by failing to ensure all employee in the facility follow CDC guidelines by wearing mask and maintaining social distancing in the workplace. 2) The employer is exposing employees to disease hazards by failing to ensure all areas were employees who have tested positive for COVID-19 have worked are effectively sanitized. 3) The employer is exposing employees to disease hazards by failing to notify employees who have worked around an individual who test positive for COVID-19 that they may have been exposed. 4) The employer is exposing employees to struck-by hazards by failing to maintain forklifts in safe operating condition. (Leaking fluids and failing brakes) 5) The employer is exposing employees fire and entrapment hazards by failing to ensure all exit route aisles and doors are free from obstruction.Alleged Hazards: 5, Employees Exposed: 90
