1. Employees have received no COVID-19 training to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of the SAR-CoV-2 virus and signs and symptoms of the COVID-19 disease and training in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards. 2. Employees are potentially exposed to COVID-19 as the employer has not developed and implemented policies and procedures for employees to report when they are experiencing symptoms consistent with COVID-19. No prescreening of employees has been implemented. 3. The employer has not increased or ensured the enhanced cleaning and disinfecting of high touch areas such as bathrooms, doorknobs, handrails, etc. at a minimum at the end of each shift. In addition, shared tools, equipment and frequently used equipment such as forklifts, etc. is not cleaned prior to transfer from one employee to another. 4.
