1. In the Returns and Recall Departments, approximately 40 employees were sent home because they had contact with other employees that have confirmed cases of Covid-19. The facility is not being sanitized to protect the remaining employees. 2. In the Outbound Department, 5 to 6 employees are used to unpack a single pallet of product (PO). Employees can not maintain social distancing while accomplishing this job task.Alleged Hazards: 2, Employees Exposed: 100
