1. Social distancing among the workers in the facility is not effective in preventing the potential transmission of Covid-19 in the workplace. In particular, social distancing is not maintained in the bathrooms, cafeteria, and area for receiving product orders. 2. The use of mandatory overtime results in a larger number of employees occupying common work areas. During normal shifts the number of persons is lower which enables social distancing to be more effective that it can be if the overtime workers are required to also be in the same work areas. At times the number of employees in certain areas is double the normal amount which greatly inhibits the ability to perform effective social distancing. 3. A number of employees do not consistently wear their facial coverings. Supervisors do not enforce the mandatory usage of facial coverings.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-08-27
