1. On 05/21/2020, an employee was sent home because he/she was exhibiting signs and symptoms of Covid-19. The facility is not being sanitized to protect the remaining employees. 2. Thirteen employees did not pass N95 respirator fit tests; therefore, they do not wear appropriate respiratory protection during aerosol generating procedures.
