1. The new maintenance worker/employees are not trained in hazardous energy control (lockout/tagout) and electrical safety. 2. Proper personal protective equipment for janitors and maintenance workers/employees are not being used because the employer had not identified the coronavirus (COVID-19) hotspots on the campus quickly and/or before the workers/employees enter the work areas unprotected. 3. The employer had not informed the employees with contact tracing when the employees are infected with coronavirus (COVID-19). 4. The senior employees are expected to work on site when the younger employees at less risk are permitted to work remotely.
