'- Employees performing high-risk work without proper PPE: Approximately ten employees working with special education students who cannot wear masks and frequently must interact with less than 3 feet of distance. Employees are not being provided all proper PPE, including properly fitted N95 masks or have been trained on using alternatives. - Up to 5 employees given N95 masks without appropriate health screenings, fit testing, and training as described in WAC 296-842 - Up to 10 employees working with students in medium risk categories (students can wear face coverings, but physical distancing not possible for sustained periods) provided with KN95 masks and/or face shields but no training on proper use and maintenance of masks - District has not maintained written worksite specific respiratory protection programs, as required in WAC 296-842-12005 - Worksite has not published the name of the COVID safety coordinator to employees (up to 60 employees) - Worksite does not have a safety committee (up to 60 employees) - No records exists for the safety committee (up to 60 employees) - Worksite has not identified or published an information on isolation of students with COVID symptoms to employees (up to 60 employees) - Worksite has not provided appropriate PPE or training consistent with WAC 296-842 to employees who would be tasked with monitoring students isolated due to COVID19 symptoms Employees have been working with students for 7 days without appropriate protections for their health and safety.
