T8 CCR 3203(a)(4) The employer may have failed to evaluate the hazards by not following CDC guidelines amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. Alleged Hazard: The Complainant states that crew boss tested positive for COVID-19 and reported for work 6 days after the test. One of the companies bosses also tested positive but still shows up for work and has close contact with clients and employees. There is no COVID-19 policy or procedures in place. Several employees have complained but complaints have been ignored. Other employees have tested positive for COVID-19 but none of the employees have been notified that they may have been exposed.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 5
