The employer has not effectively addressed the hazards posed by COVID-19 in the workplace as described in the following instances: T8 CCR 3203(a)(6): 1) The employer has not implemented written procedures addressing the hazards posed by COVID-19 in the workplace. 2) The employer does not enforce physical distancing or face covering use in the workplace. 3) The employer has not implemented a consistent cleaning schedule or process for decontaminating commonly touched surfaces. 4) The employer allows employees to enter the building and stand within 6 feet of each other prior to conducting temperature screening. 5) During the temperature screening process, employees get within 1 foot of the person taking the temperature. There are no engineering controls or barriers to protect employees during this process.Alleged Hazards: 5, Employees Exposed: 1
