The employer did not identify, evaluate, and control the hazard from COVID-19 in the workplace in the following ways: (a) The employer does not enforce the use of face coverings by employees, including delivery drivers, in the workplace. (b) The employer does not provide gloves to employees who must use shared equipment (e.g. pallet jacks, carts, broom, mop) or provide them with equipment and disinfectant to clean them between uses. (c) The employer does not ensure that shared work areas and frequently touched surfaces are cleaned regularly using an EPA-registered disinfectant according to the manufacturer's instructions.
