(1) It was reported that employees are exposed to health hazards related to COVID-19 due to lack of precautions taken by the employer to avoid transmission of the virus, including lack of PPE enforcement while performing COVID tests and lack of cleaning rooms in between patients. Contrary to 5(a)(1) of the OSH Act. (2) Employees are potentially exposed to biohazards in the workplace. It was reported that employees are not utilizing any PPE when handling urine samples. Employer has not performed a PPE hazard assessment or PPE training for the appropriate employee protection from urine and other biohazards. Contrary to 29 CFR 1910.132.Alleged Hazards: 2, Employees Exposed: 16
