At the inbound call center the employer did not protect personal in close contact with the Covid-19 positive employee's, by using additional engineering and administrative controls, safe work practices, and PPE. 2. At the inbound call center when the second person contracting Covid-19 the management only contacted a limited number of people in the workplace instead of contacting the entire section.
