COVID-19 Procedures are not being followed, specifically: 1. Management not notifying employees who were in close proximity to employees who tested positive for COVID-19 2. Mask and social distancing mandates are not being enforced while walking around the office. 3. Employees who were previously allowed to work from home full time are now only allowed to work from home one day per week. 4. An employee who tested positive for COVID-19 was not required to quarantine for 14 days. 5. Employees exposed to other employees who had tested positive for COVID-19 were not required to quarantine for 14 days. 6.
