1. There are currently two employees with confirmed COVID-19, one of the employees is quarantined and the other is still working and exposing other employees to the virus. 2. The safety and cleaning protocol is not being followed as stated in Palm Beach Tan's website and the owner of the company is not taking the situation seriously. 3.
