The employer is not following the guidelines set forth in Executive Order #20-81 and the COVID-19 Preparedness Plan, specifically: 1. The employer does not require employees or vendors to wear face coverings. 2. Social distancing is not enforced by the employer. 3. The employer does not have a routine workplace cleaning and disinfection protocol. 4. The employer does not have policies and procedures that assist in the identification of sick workers and ensure sick workers stay home. 5. The employer has not implemented quarantine policies that ensure employees stay at home when they have close contact with someone, including co-workers, with positive or suspected COVID-19. 6.
