The employer is not following the guidelines set forth in Executive Order 20-81 and for COVID-19 Preparedness Plans for Minnesota businesses, specifically: 1. Employees have not been provided with the facility's COVID-19 Preparedness plan. 2. The employer is not requiring employees to wear face coverings while seated at unenclosed workstations that do not have partitions or cubicle walls that extend above face level. 3. When employees test positive or have been exposed to someone with COVID proper quarantining is and has not taken place. 4. The employer is not enforcing social distancing requirements. 5. The employer is requiring employees to return to work when they can clearly complete their work from home. 6. The employees who come to work are required to complete an assessment through a symptom checker app, however, it is unreliable and people end up coming to work without completing the assessment.
