1. Three employees are symptomatic and have tested positive for covid-19. 2. No cleaning, quarantining, testing or further provisions for distancing provided. 3. PPE is available. 4. Significant exposure occurred in the break room, locker room and pre/post op areas. Administrators are unconcerned even though two employees sat together in office. 5.
