1. In the emergency department we only have 2 negative pressure rooms. Any other Covid-19 patients are put in a room with no ventilation. 2. Additionally, the 2nd and 3rd floor only have a few negative air rooms. The ventilation system is said to go up to the Birth Center which would expose Birth center employees and patients. 3. Hospital is mixing Covid-19 patients and non-Covid-19 patients on the same units which I believe is a risk to patients and employees. They are assigning Covid-19 patients and non-Covid patients to the same nurse and nurse aides.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 1
